8. Candidate and Applicant Data
When you submit a resume, professional profile, or candidate application, we collect and use that information to evaluate your qualifications and, with your knowledge, present your profile to clients with relevant staffing needs. We will inform you before sharing your profile with a specific client. We retain candidate data for up to two (2) years following initial submission to consider you for future opportunities, unless you request deletion earlier. You may withdraw your candidacy or request removal of your profile at any time by contacting us.
9. International Transfers
AstraCora operates globally. Information may be processed in countries outside your residence, including the United States and Europe, subject to appropriate safeguards.10. Third-Party Links
